   Richard Pons is a renowned figure in mixology with over three decades of experience as a Beverage Lecturer at the Institute of Tourism Studies

In the 1980’s and 1990’s.he excelled in local and international cocktail competitions. Richard also serves as a Brand Ambassador for top international brands and conducts tasting session mentorship in whisky, gins, and cocktails.

In 2003 Richard set a Guinness World Record for making 88 different cocktails in 1 hour.

His passion for promoting beverage culture led him to write “Drinking as An Art” and establish a Facebook platform BEVICURIOUS to share his insights.

During the pandemic, he innovated by creating the Bevicurious Rummy mobile game, combining rummy with cocktail crafting.

This Bevicurious Website is a valuable resource for bartenders and enthusiasts offering tips on bartending, beverages cocktails, and hospitality.

His mentorship has been instrumental,  in helping students succeed in international cocktail competitions with two of them winning the G&T Cup in Bled Slovenia
